Exterior

Late Georgian 3-storey, 3-window rubble front to structure with probable late C17/early C18 origins. Steep hipped slate roof with wide modillion eaves; large rubble chimney breast to left has had stack truncated and roof extended over it. 6-pane sash windows to 2nd floor and 12-pane sashes to 1st floor with voussoir lintels. Original shop front to right (Oxfam) with dentil cornice, bracket ends and fluted, part cabled end pilasters. Twin arched shop windows to either side of splayed central entrance with traceried spandrels, panelled stallriser and half-glazed double doors. Small, plane, shop front to left (Hay Fever) with Art Nouveau glass to top.

Rubble right side elevation with similar eaves and windows - offset to right; slightly curved back at rear with modillion eaves continuing for one bay over Regency doorcase with fluted pilasters, panelled reveals and half-glazed door. 2nd floor 12-pane sash beyond over horned sash and modern ground floor window. Rubble end wall.
