History

House, former pair of C19 cottages, joined and extended in C20. One marked on the Crickadarn Tithe map of 1842 as owned and occupied by Thomas Morgans.

Exterior

House, painted rubble stone with slate roof and 3 stone stacks, end stacks to original range and left end stack to C20 addition to left. Two storeys, originally 4-window range, extended in matching style by one bay to S end. Square 9-pane first floor top-hung opening lights, all C20, ground floor has 16-pane window to C20 addition to left, then two 16-pane windows with door between, blocked door to right and smaller 9-pane window to extreme right, the glazing C20 with top-hung opening lights. Door is board door in C20 timber gabled porch on rubble side walls.
Rear has 4 plus 1 casement pair windows to upper floor and ground floor has added lean-to to left (part of Corner House), half-glazed door and C20 window. French window to added bay to right.
