History

Formerly part of Old Swan Inn, former porch of which bears date 1683.

Exterior

C17 origins, altered C19 and later. Rendered, slate roof. Four window front to West Street has large gable; to L, shopfront with 3 shallow windows above; to R, entrance doorway (pedimented doorcase) with sash window above, 3-light window to R of doorway. Return to South Street has, splayed corner; 2 first floor sash windows; on ground floor, entrance doorway to L, 2 shop windows, that to L with bracketed architrave, similar architrave lost to R window.
