History

1960, by Rizzello. David Lloyd George (1863-1945), Liberal statesman, first Earl of Dwyfor was born in North Wales. As Chancellor of Exchequer 1908-15 introduced old age pensions, and a national insurance scheme; Prime Minister 1916-1922.

Exterior

Bronze standing figure with right leg stretched forward, with right arm outstretched and with both fists clenched; dressed in suit and cape. High stone plinth.
