History

Probably C18.

Exterior

Downhill sited. Rubble stone, tin roof. Seven boarded doors and boarded loft shutters. Rear elevation has small squared openings with heavy wooden frames for mucking out onto midden heaps. Substantial square-panel timber-framed partition with stave holes and wattle grooves, the truss above has tie beams, queen struts and diagonal braces above the collar. Timber stalling and feed passage partitions and low wooden troughs, rough pole loft flooring.
