Mid C19 with attractive local "Gothic" detailing.
Two storeys, rubble stone, rendered to front. Central dormer gablet to front with decorative pierced bargeboards and finial, similar bargeboards to end gables. Two brick end stacks. Central door with "Gothic" applied mouldings under fanlight, open-fronted porch with slate roof and finial. Small-paned casement windows with intersecting tracery pointed heads.
