History

Substantial late Georgian detached house, probably with earlier origins.

Exterior

2 storey 4 window roughcast front to St David's Street, cantilevered bays to ends of 1st floor, segmental heads to ground floor windows, sashes with glazing bars. Pilastered doorpiece with panelled reveals, panelled door, ironwork bracket over. Assorted brick work and rubble gable ends with timber studding to buildings at rear yard. Front towards High Street is also 2 storeys and roughcast with higher elevation to 3 right hand bays, over lapping hipped slate roofs, tall brick stacks. 4 windows, sashes with glazing bars in plain reveals, iron work canopy with fretwork panels to overall ground floor verandeh. Flush frames to sash windows on SE elevation to right.
