Exterior

Built c1820 as part of a small development carried out by the Powis Estate. Brick with slate roof oversailing on plain eaves, with rebuilt gable end stacks. 2 storeyed, 3-window range with central entrance. 6-panelled, partly glazed doorway in Tuscan porch. Windows throughout are 12-pane sashes with flat arched painted heads with keystones. Brick walls to single storey height to either side link the house with its neighbours - segmentally arched carriage entry in the left hand wall.

A fine early C19 house which forms part of a distinctive group of similar buildings (Nos 1-2 & 4 Clive Place).
