History

Small second-quarter C19 village house in an additive terrace context.

Exterior

2-storey house of rubble construction with slate roof; plain end chimney to R. Central entrance with boarded door and rectangular overlight; projecting plaster architrave. Original flanking windows to both floors, those to the ground floor unhorned 16 pane sashes and those to the first floor smaller 9-pane sashes; architraves as before and projecting slate sills.

Listed for its special interest as a small C19 village terrace house retaining good external character with original detail.
