History

Probably later C16 in origin with C19 and modern alterations.

Exterior

2 storey, 2-window painted roughcast front with plinth. Very steep pitched slate roof with undulating ridge and attic skylights; rubble chimney stack to left overlapping with No 6. 16 pane sash windows to 1st floor with lugged and ornamented archtraves. Modern shop front with canopies and small pane windows flanking half glazed doors.

Interior

Internally half-timbered partitions are retained with wattle infill. Massive beams and winding timber stairs.
