Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay, shop and flat. Rubble masonry, long and short dressings, slate roof.

KING STREET ELEVATION: ground floor painted, 2-leaf panelled door with flanking shop windows, further door at right, band course at lintel level. Three 4-pane sash and case windows at 1st floor with painted margins and cill course. Off-centre canted dormer, corner-piended roof at left, skew with skewputt and coped ridge stack at right.

AMBROSE STREET ELEVATION: central margined door with transom-light and modern door, 2-pane windows at left, door partially blocked to window at right with short band course above. Three 4-pane sash and case windows with painted margins ast 1st floor. Canted dormer at left, shouldered and coped wallhead stack at right with 3 identical moulded cans; 2 rooflights.
