Warehouse. Early C19. Roughly coursed Plymouth limestone
rubble with brick segmental arches to upper floors and timber
lintels to ground floor; slate hipped roof. Square plan with
rounded front corner on the right.
3 storeys; 2-window range, symmetrical to upper floors. Large
central loading doorways and small flanking 4-pane windows.
Ground floor has central former doorway, now a window,
original window opening on the right, both with casements with
glazing bars, and wide doorway to enlarged former window
opening on the left; ledged doors and security bars to
windows.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
