GV II

Detached house. Mid C19. Stucco with mid-floor band; dry slate
hipped roof with projecting eaves; tall stuccoed stacks.
Double-depth plan plus single-storey hip-roofed wing at rear
right.
2 storeys; 3-window-range garden and road front. Original
mostly 12-pane hornless sashes to all elevations. Entrance
front with central glazed conservatory to left-hand return.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
One of a good group of villas in Mannamead which was developed
after 1851.
