House. C17 with C19 additions to left and rear, and later
alterations. Small timber-framing with arched brace and
painted plaster infill, gabled Welsh slate roof.
EXTERIOR: single-storey with attic; 2 ground-floor windows.
Off-centre plank door under hood. Ground floor has multi-pane
casement to left and 4/4 sash to right, both in moulded wood
frames. Gabled attic dormer has metal casement. Ridge stack.
INTERIOR: has inglenook fireplace, beamed ceiling and board
doors. Winder staircase to side of stack. Exposed wall plate.
