GV II

Terraced house. c1825. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
3 storeys over basement, 4-window range. Ground-floor
decorated with banded rustication. Round-arched entrance to
left, probably a former passage entrance; house-entrance
flat-arched with overlight. All windows flat-arched.
Full-height segmental bay to right. Bracketed balcony with
cast-iron railings to first floor; blank windows to left on
first and second floors; storey band between floors; sashes of
original design; cornice and parapet; stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area
with spearhead finials.
