Farm or mill workers' cottage, now farmhouse. Late C18,
altered C20. Gritstone rubble, stone slate roof. Quoins. 2
storeys, 3 first-floor windows; single-storey 3-window range
to left. Central entrance with overlight, windows have rounded
stone reveals, smaller openings to 1st floor, imitation sash
frames. Gable copings, stone stack left.
