Formerly known as: St Saviour's School, EAST STREET.

Former school, later light industrial premises, converted to apartments. 1839-40. By RD Chantrell for Dean Hook, vicar of Leeds. Coursed stone, steeply-pitched slate roof, coped gables, small octagonal domed turrets at corners and flanking small central gable, gable chimney right. Two storeys, eleven x two bays. Central four-centred arched doorway in slightly-projecting bay, large recessed panel above, stepped window and round panel to gable to upper floor. Chamfered pointed archway to doorway with overlight right. Wood mullion and transom nine-pane windows in chamfered reveals with sill band and stepped hoodmould to ground floor. Square windows with sill band above.
