Farmhouse in two parts, late C17 and mid C19, dated to rear 1859. Small coursed gritstone, block dressings and mullions; blue machine tile roof with verge parapets on corbelled kneelers. Brick end stacks and ridge stack to right of entrance axis. Two storey, five window front of intended symmetry with central entrance, mullioned three-light leaded casements throughout and octagonal light over entrance; C20 glazed door. Although dated to the rear on the left hand part, the right hand front two bays display late C17 stonework details not matched by the crispness of the C19 work.
