GV II

House. Mid and late C18. Limestone ashlar with artificial slate roof. Originally
2-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic and basement. 2-window range of plain
casements under wood lintels at first floor and gauged stone heads with
keyblocks at ground floor. Central C20 door in reset opening also with gauged
stone head and small door to left under similar head gives access to entry. Pair
of roof dormers. Ashlar gable parapet to left and brick and ashlar stacks at
ends. Interior has open fireplace with segmental brick arch and keystone.
Dog-leg stair. Originally probably the domestic wing to No.27 (q.v.).
