House. Mid C16 or earlier with late C16 and C20 alterations and extensions.
Timber framed and plastered, with red plain tile roof. 2 storeys. H plan
house, with jettied and gabled crosswings at E and W ends. 3 window range C20
casements. C20 lean-to porch with red plain tile roof. Lean-to extension to
east. C16 red brick chimney stack. Some timber frame exposed internally.
Moated site. (RCHM 10).
