GV II

Church. c 1890. Snecked rubble, ashlar dressings and Welsh slate roof. South
front 3 bays. Outer bays are cross-gabled and break forward slightly from wall
face; they contain large, 2-light Decorated windows with hoodmoulds and foliage
stops. Plain pained lancets in centre bay. Entrance front on right return has central door in pointed arch with 3 broad chamfers, paired lancets on each side and 3 stepped lancets above with hoodmould and pierced roundels above side lights. Gabled roof with flat coping and kneelers. Cross gables have steeply ridged coping. Slate-covered bell turret on ridge has pronounced batter, pyramidal roof with projecting eaves and vane. Stone, corniced end stack on left gable.
