Pair of houses now in use as offices. Early C18. Brick with
Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 8-window range. Ornate doorcase
to No.30 with entablature carried on moulded brackets, and
traceried fan. Simpler detailing to doorcase of No.31.
Twelve-pane sash windows renewed No.31, with fine gauged
flat-arched brick heads to ground floor, steep segmental heads
above. Blind outer windows to first floor. Deep moulded wood
modillion eaves cornice. 4 attic dormers, with segmental and
triangular pediments. Central rear axial stack.
