Houses and shops, early C19. timber framed and plastered with gabled slate
roof. 4 stacks behind ridge line. 2 storeys with 4 double hung sash windows
with small panes and moulded surrounds on first floor. Ground floor has from
S to N, 2 canted bay windows with hipped felt roofs and without glazing bars,
framing an early C19 doorcase with simple pilasters, flat hood and rectangular
fanlight. These are followed by a flat headed carriage way with doors, a canted
shop window bay, a similar doorcase with original 6 panel door, an altered
doorcase and a double hung sash with small panes at the N end.
