5/13 The Old Croft

House. C17 altered and extended. Timber framed cased in C18 red
brick. Old tile roof nipped at left; chimney to left of centre
opposite door. Two storeys. Modern gabled porch. Two 3-light
modern casements to ground floor. Three first floor casements with
transome at wall plate level, upper part forming gabled dormers.
Old leaded glazing. C18 and C20 rear extensions, the latter under
a continuation of the hipped roof. Projecting chimney stacks
at each end. Interior: inglenook fireplaces and exposed timber
framing.
