Mid C19 2 storey villa, hipped slate roof flanking chimneys 3 bays symmetrical,
roughcast and colour-washed front, flat band and rusticated quoins 1st floor. Tuscan
pilasters beneath on ground floor. Windows 1st floor double hung sash with glazing
bars, centre window fixed lights divided with heavy hood mullion. Moulded and
decorated architraves, stone cills with small brackets, blind hoods. Ground floor one
french casement either side of central 4 panel half glazed door. 2 small later round
headed windows on either side of LH casement. Moulded and decorated architrave to
casements. Verandah with pent hood, slender wood columns and balusters.
