Town house with later shop. Mid C19. Stucco with giant
key-patterned pilasters dividing the bays; rag slate roof with
projecting front eaves. Shallow-depth plan. 3 storeys;
3-window range. Possibly original 2-pane hornless sashes.
Ground floor has full-width 2-light late C19 shop-front with
half column on right, central panelled pilaster, panelled
stall-riser on granite plinth; probable coal hatch towards
left; shop doorway on left; house doorway on right, both with
top-glazed panelled doors and overlights with arched corners;
full-width C20 fascia under original moulded cornice. INTERIOR
of shop has old pine fittings, otherwise not inspected.
