Town house with later shop. Probably early C18. Painted
slatehanging on timber-frame with pseudo jetty between upper
floors created by moulded cornice; steep dry Delabole slate
roof with moulded cornice under projecting front eaves;
rendered stack on right; cast-iron ogee gutter. Probable
double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. C20 or C19
modified 12-pane hornless sashes within moulded wooden
architraves. Ground floor has late C20 shop front on left with
older probably late C19 moulded entablature hidden by C20
fascia but visible above doorway on right with overlight and
mid C20 six-panel door. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to
be of interest.
