Detached Villa in garden. Early C19. Rubble-stone walls and dressed
stone quoins, and window dressings. Hipped slate roofs, with parallel
ridges. C20 brick stacks on end walls of front range, and on north end
wall of rear range. Parallel-range house, with rear range extending to
north. Front (east) range: two storeys, 3 windows, straight-chamfered stone
mullions with separate labels over. Stone cills. Iron casements with
cast-iron glazing-bars, with lozenges at the intersections. Porch at centre,
rubble-stone with Ham stone cornice. Moulded doorway and depressed-arch head
to doorway. Separate label over, front door with 2 moulded recess panels and
one glass light over, C19. Garden front, 4 windows, C19 sashes. Rear wall
has stone mullions with cast-iron casements. Small conservatory attached
to south end wall.
