Shops with flats over. Early C19. Limestone ashlar, coursed
squared limestone to side; Welsh slate roof; stone left-end
stack, ridge stack rebuilt in concrete blockwork. One build,
No.34 to right 2 windows, No.36 to left one window. 4 storeys
and cellar; 3-window range. First floor has three 6/6-pane
sashes in plain reveals; 3 similar 6/6-pane sashes in plain
reveals with stone cills to second floor; three similar
3/3-pane sashes to third floor. Ground floor has pair of
shopfronts, mid/late C19 with C20 alterations. No.34 to right
has C20 aluminium insert in C19 surround, 4-panel door with
single-pane overlight to centre, No.36 to right retains C19
three-pane window and glazed door, wrought-iron grille in
stall riser to light cellar; continuous surround has four
pilaster strips to left and right and flanking central door
with console brackets, frieze and dentil cornice. Plat bands
over first and second floors; moulded stone eaves cornice.
