House, now offices. Mid C19 with late C20 addition of
projecting ground-floor front extension. English garden wall
bond brick (5 and 1) with painted ashlar dressings; Welsh
slate roof with brick chimneys. 2 storeys and basement, 3
windows. Steps up to central renewed door in pent extension;
first-floor casement and renewed sash have projecting stone
sills, and lintels obscured by eaves gutter board. 2 small
inserted lights over door; third window removed and brickwork
made good. Hipped roof with ridge chimney. Left return has
wedge stone lintels to renewed sashes with glazing bars;
similar lintels to renewed basement door at right and fixed
light at left. Included partly for group value.
