Probably C17 in origin and formerly a small farmhouse. Red brick; 2 storeys;
2 C19 casement windows breaking above eaves; plain doorway with ledged door and
brick gabled porch. Single-storeyed outbuilding attached on left-hand side.
Old and new tiles. Plain chamfered ceiling beams in ground storey rooms.
