Range of C17 timber-framed cottages refaced in galt brick in the C19. A later
timber-framed and plastered block, probably of the C18 is added at the rear.
Two storeys. Four window range, double-hung sashes with single vertical glazing
bars, in plain reveals. Roofs tiled. The interior has exposed timber-framing.
At the east end, in the roof, there is an area of plaster with a late C17
painting of the Lord's prayer. At one time there was the date 1686 or 1688,
but this no longer remains.
