Detached cottage. C17 origins, modified. Local lias stone roughly cut and squared; asbestos-cement slate roof,
replacing thatch, between coped gables; brick chimney stacks, one on stone base. Two storeys, 4-bay irregular
fenestration. Horizontal bar casement windows of 3-lights; those to upper bays 2 and 3 have chamfer mullioned timber
frames; lower windows have exposed timber lintols: between bays 2 and 3 a C19 part-glazed door under timber lintol.
Single storey lean-to extension against north gable. Interior not seen.
