Cottage. Probably C19, modernised circa 1980. Plastered cob on rubble footings;
brick stacks; thatch roof. 3-room cottage facing south-east, away from road.
Lateral stack on rear to right room, axial stack to left. Symmetrical 3-window
front of circa 1980 PVC windows, central door and C20 gabled, thatch-roofed porch.
First floor windows are half dormers with thatch rising in low pitch gables over.
Roof half-hipped each end.
Interior: right room has exposed C19 brick fireplace with plain oak lintel and
includes cloam oven. Other C19 carpentry detail is roughly finished.
