Milestone. Late C19; re-set in C20. Cast-iron. Of triangular
plan, below a semicircular top plate which is inscribed
'COLLINGHAM & YORK ROAD ACOMB'. Left-hand face inscribed:
'YORK 2 MILES'. Right-hand face inscribed: 'WETHERBY 11 1/2
MILES. COLLINGHAM 13 1/2 MILES. LEEDS 24 MILES'.
