Wool textile warehouse and offices. Mid - late C19. Ashlar with ashlar
dressings and slate roofs. Quoins, rusticated ground floor, and
first and second floor cill bands plus a bracketed cornice. 3
storeys plus basement. Wellington Road front, 11 bays, the basement
has a doorway to the left and at the 5th bay, the remainder are
segment headed windows. Above, the ground floor has 11 round-headed
windows, above 11 flat headed windows in moulded surrounds and above
again 11 smaller segment headed windows. The curved single bay
entrance front to the west has a round-headed, curved and moulded
door surround with C20 door. Above a flat headed window and above
again a smaller segment headed window. The Croft Road front, 4 bays
plus 4 bays with identical fenestration to the Wellington Road front,
plus an off-centre round-headed taking-in door on the ground floor.
