Barn, early or mid C16 with alterations of c.1800. 3 bays. Timber-framed and
weather-boarded. Corrugaced iron roof, hipped at right-hand end. Heavy
close-studwork with long arch wind-braces on outer face. Coupled-rafter roof;
most of the original collars were removed and a clasped-purlin system inserted
in C17 or later. A weather-boarded timber-framed midstrey was added to the

was probably built with the 1st phase of Poplar Farmhouse.
