4 sash windows overall with stone lintels and keyblocks; good moulded stone doorcase
with 3/4 Ionic pilasters, open pediment, panelled revea1s; semi-circular
Adam type fanlight and 6-panelled door; 2 moulded lead rainwater heads; plain
eaves and atone-coped parapet to segmental bay; gabled ends; tiles, Formerly
Nuthurst Garden School.

Nos 122 to 126 (even), Nos 130 to 144 (even), Nuthurst School, Nos 146
and 148 and Churche's Mansion form a group.
