GV II

Barn and stables. Late C17. Weatherboarded timber framing with some
brick infill; plain tile roof. One storey. 5 framed bays with central
full height barn doors. Exposed framing one square panel in height
below the weatherboarding. Interior. Cross-frames have straight
braces and long straight tension braces; collar and tie beam roof trusses
with raking struts extending from tie beams to principal rafters; 2
pairs of purlins. The end bay at the west end contains a stable with
2 stalls, and a tack room.
