Small hall house, probably C15 with later recasing. Entrance front 2 storeys
and attic, 2 windows. Hall part is at right, end on. Pent dormer under gablet
of old, long-hipped roof. Tile hung 1st floor. Brick ground floor. C19 one-bar
and modern leaded casements. Modern gabled porch, 1-storey left extension.
Right return shows length of hall. Ridge chimney stack. 3 windows, irregular,
on ground floor, brick faced. 1st floor rendered and blank. Modern square
bay at right. At back of house a little exposed framing can be seen. Inside
much visible timber. Heavy, arched tie beams with long braces; and carved crown
post complete. Inglenook fireplace.
