The following Building shall be added:

GV II

Terrace of 4 houses. Built 1850. Stuccoed with hipped slate roof and
2 stuccoed chimney stacks. 4 storeys; 8 windows. North front central
4 bays project slightly. Bands between all floors and plinth. 3rd
floor has 12 pane sashes projecting above eaves with gables crowned
by finials above. 12 pane sashes in moulded architrave to 2nd floor.
1st floor windows are tripartite sashes with cornices, and curved
pediments and brackets to central window. Ground floor windows are
plain tripartite sashes. South front has 4 9 pane semi-dormers to 3rd
floor and 4 6 pane sashes. 2nd floor has 12-pane sashes. 1st floor has
18 pane sashes and ground floor has tripartite sashes. Simple recessed
doorcases. This terrace was originally called Sydney Terrace after
Sydney House which stood on this site previously.
