Early C19. 4 storeys and basement colourwashed. Stone coping. 1 3-light bay
through 1st to 3rd floors. The ground floor has a projecting porch with Tuscan
pilasters divided by sashes. The Albion Street elevation has a later C19 shop
front. This was formerly Hale's lending library.

Royal Albion, Nos 14 to 26 (even), Nos 30 & 32 form a group.
