Marked on OS map as Camberview.
House. Probably late C18 with early-mid C19 addition and C20 alterations.
Weatherboard on late C20 plinth to front and right return, left return
rendered; rear of red brick in Flemish garden wall bond. Plain tile roof.
2 storeys, 3 bays with parallel C19 range added to rear under separate roof.
Garden front: central C20 board door under bracketed tile canopy; 2-light
window above door and 3-light windows flanking on each floor, all windows with
small-size C20 wooden casements. External stack at left end and one to ridge
to right of entrance. Rear: step up to central board door; fixed 9-pane window
to left; a 3-light small-pane C20 wooden casement window to right and 2 similar
windows on 1st floor; all ground-floor openings with segmental brick arches.
Stack at right end. Interior: large brick fireplaces with timber bressummers
in front range.
