Farmhouse, now divided into 3 cottages. Late C17, partly remodelled
early to mid-C19 with later additions and alterations. Timber frame
replaced by C19 red brick to front and right gable end; plain tile
roof. One storey and attic; apparently of 3 framed bays. Framing:
exposed to back wall and visible under render to left gable end; square
panels, 4 from cill to wall-plate with V-struts from collar. Three
C20 casements with C19 segmental heads, alternating with C20 doors;
doorways to Nos. 14 and 15, also with segmental heads. C19 gabled
eaves dormers with C20 casements directly above windows. Red brick
ridge stack to left of centre and integral end stack to right. Late
C20 flat-roofed brick addition to left of No. 16 is not of special
architectural interest.
