Formerly known as High Cliff. Early to mid C19 villa; shown on the "Plan of
Lyme Regis and Environs. l84l". 2-storeys. 2-storeyed bay at each end of front.
Overhanging eaves. Modern upper storey with hipped slate roof added in centre.
Rendered front. Double sashes in each end bay. 3 window bays to centre part.
Round-headed windows to ground floor. Prostyle Doric porch. Plain rectangular
sashes on 1st floor. Interior of interest. (See RCHM, Dorset, Vol I).
