Early C19 terrace, each 3 storeys, attic and basement, 2 windows. Slated mansard
with dormers. Stock brick with stone-coped parapet. Gauged flat brick arches
to sash windows, some with glazing bars, on 1st and 2nd floors. All but No 23
have ornamental cast iron small balconies on 1st floor. Ground floor round headed
windows in round arched recesses. 6-panel doors with reeded engaged columns, cornice
head and wide fanlight.

Nos 20 to 25 (consec) form a group with Nos 1 to 8 (consec) Clarence Place.
