The Old School House

Cottage, former school. Early C19. Roughcast, probably over
brick. Pantile roofs with single roughcast stacks to the right
and left of the central range. 3 gabled ranges, the central
range being the 2 storey, 3 bay house and the projecting outer
ranges the single storey, single bay school rooms. Central
doorway, door with pointed arched panels. Flanked by single
casements with arched overlights. Above are 2 similar casements
and single central similar, smaller, central blind panel. All
openings are under Tudor arches. In each of the outer ranges are
single large casements with Gothick glazing bars under depressed
arches.
