Built for Samuel Lancaster (d1824). 2 storeys and basement faced with flints.
Buff brick quoins and window dressings. Slate roof having 2 dormers with sliding
sashes. Parapet. 3 cambered sashes with glazing bars intact. Left side doorcase
with cornice and pilasters, 6 panelled door, the top 2 panels cut away and glazed
and panelled reveals.

All the listed buildings in Serene Place form a group with Nos 9, 11A, 11B and
15 High Street and Nos 3 to 5 (consec) Raglan Place.
