Tenement of shops and housing: early C19 with mid C20 dormers and alterations. Flemish bond red brick, Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge and three brick chimneys. Three-storey six-bay front. Two shops to the left have Georgian-style bow windows and two reeded doorcases with rosettes in the corner. Above are housed twelve-pane sashes under cambered brick heads. In third storey they are paired in gabled half dormers.

Swanwick House has a doorcase with consoles and a flat hood over a semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars and a repaired six-panelled door. Above are similar twelve-pane sashes but only one in each gabled half dormer. To right is a shop with a two-storey canted bay window with raking roof and a reeded doorcase with rosettes. Again similar twelve-pane sashes in the remainder.
