GV II

House, now offices. c1797. Brick with painted ashlar dressings
and slate roof with a gable stack. Plinth, ground floor and
first-floor sill bands, slab-coped parapet. Windows have brick
flat arches. 3 storeys plus basement and attics; 3-window
range of 15-pane sashes and above, three 9-pane sashes. Above
again, a box dormer with a 3-light casement. Ground floor has
to right a wooden doorcase with Ionic 3/4 columns and
dentillated cornice and pediment. Round arched doorway with
steps to fielded 5-panel door with fanlight. To left, two
12-pane sashes. Below them, two 6-pane sashes to the basement.
